The teacher does not ‘teach’, but rather facilitates and guides. Head Start has an enthusiastic and dedicated team committed to children, working with them, growing with and sharing their sense of wonder and curiosity. For us, working with children is never just a job-it is a vocation, a special calling.
We remind ourselves of our calling as educators, and further our own professional training through workshops and continued education.
