      Head Start Montessori House of Children was founded in 1984<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Head Start is about children <\/strong>-\u00a0about children finding themselves and making discoveries, about learning and evolving. It is known for its transparency, its team of committed and passionate educators, and its strong belief in the Montessori pedagogy and philosophy.

      Head Start Montessori House of Children<\/strong> which has a programme for children aged 2 \u00bd to 6, and Early Years Montessori<\/strong>, which has an infancy programme for those between 15 months and 3 years old, are located in Koramangala<\/strong>.

      Head Start Montessori, Whitefield. <\/strong>A Journey from Infancy to High School. We offer an\u00a0Infancy (Early Years) Programme (15 months to 3 years), a\u00a0Pre Primary Programme (3 to 6 years), a\u00a0Lower Elementary\u00a0Programme (Grades 1 to 3) and an\u00a0Upper Elementary Programme\u00a0(Grades 4 to 6). On completion of Grade 6, children transition to Head Start Educational Academy, Sarjapur for Grades 7 to 12.

      Head Start also runs a Grade One to Twelve school, Head Start Educational Academy, on Sarjapur Road.<\/strong> We have an Elementary (Primary) Montessori programme from Grade One to Three. From Grade Four to Eight we have designed a curriculum that is unique to us, yet inclusive, which incorporates the Montessori philosophy, leading to a choice of either the IGCSE or ICSE examinations for Grade Ten. Thereafter it offers the AS & A level and the ISC for Grades Eleven and Twelve.
