The Indian Montessori Foundation in association with Head Start Montessori House of Children brings you a workshop on Applying Montessori Principles: Creating School Policy.
We believe in the Montessori principles which are applied with children within a Montessori class. Yet these are broad ranging ideas that work beyond narrow confines. Can we apply these peaceful practices across the entire school community inside and outside the classroom? Can the philosophical values imbued with respect for the child’s development inform every aspect of our work at school? Can we create policies which reflect the Montessori ethos at all levels? The workshop will explore this question over two days.
